Here are the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.  If you have a question that is not answered here, please feel free to contact customer service.  Thank you for shopping at 2 Silly Monkeys and we hope you enjoyed your visit. 

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP

We accept Mastercard,Visa, Discover, American Express, Google Checkout and Paypal. Paypal processes all our payments through their secure server and we never see your credit card information. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card. We also accept money orders made payable to 2 Silly Monkeys Boutique. We will accept personal checks but we require 10 days for checks to clear before your order is processed.

If you choose to pay by money order or check, we will send you information on where to mail in your payment on your receipt.

Do I have to pay sales tax? TOP
All residents in the state of Texas must pay 7.250% sales tax.

Is my credit card information secure? TOP

Absolutely!  All credit card payments are processed through Paypal.  (You do not need a Paypal account to pay through Paypal).  We never even see your credit card information. 

Do you keep my personal information confidential? TOP

Yes!  We keep all of our customer's email addresses, phone numbers and mailing addresses confidential.  We will never share, rent, sell or exchange any personal information, as your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.

Where is my order? TOP
If you have ordered multiple items, please be aware they may arrive in separate packages.  You may track your order via our Order Tracking page by entering your email address and order number.

Can I cancel my order? TOP
If you wish to cancel your order please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.  There may be times that your order has already been shipped and you will be unable to cancel. 

What is your return policy? TOP

It is very important to us that you be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange or refund it less original shipping charges.

Please note: Custom made and personalized items are not returnable (unless we made an error). Some item may also be subjected to a nominal manufacture's restocking fee if returned.

Please return items within 10 days of receipt in new condition with the manufacture's tag attached.  Shipping charges to return an item are the customer's responsibility unless it is clearly proven that the mistake was made by 2 Silly Monkeys Boutique.
 
If you are planning to return an item, please email us at customerservice@2sillymonkeysboutique.com  or call us at 936-554-8007 to request a return authorization number.  You will need to let us know the following information:
 
1.  Order Number
2.  Item being returned
3.  Reason for return
4.  If your requesting an exchange or refund. 
 
If you receive a damaged freight shipment, please note the damage on the bill of lading before the delivery truck leaves. We will work with the manufacture and delivery company to repair or replace the damaged item as soon as possible.
